      1. Legal Agreement and Disclaimers. Olde Towne Cutlery does not offer legal advice and will not be held responsible regarding laws applicable to the purchase of your products. General information has been provided throughout regarding federal laws that may affect your purchase. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, not Olde Towne Cutlery, the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws regarding your purchase and use of products.
        (a) Please read this Agreement carefully. This is a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Olde Towne Cutlery, LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company (“Olde Towne Cutlery” or “we” or “our” or “us””).(b) By purchasing product you agree to the Terms and Conditions found within this website. The effective date is considered the date of use/purchase of said Agreement. By using the Olde Towne Cutlery website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you choose to accept this Agreement, you must do so as written, without modification. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms of our Agreement, please refrain from purchasing on our site. You agree and are bound to the terms that you are 18 years old or older and you have legal authority to enter into this Agreement, whether on behalf of your employer or as an individual. Olde Towne Cutlery, and you are individually, a “party” and collectively, the “parties.”(c) Any Products purchased from Olde Towne Cutlery, whether through the Website, or our retail store, shall be governed and bound by this Agreement.
      2. Payment. Olde Towne Cutlery accepts Visa and Mastercard for your convenience and choice of payment. When ordering with a credit card you are agreeing that you are the authorized user of the credit card. If a billing dispute occurs you would directly handle this with us. Olde Towne Cutlery has the right to request identification for any purchase made. You are not obligated to provide identification, but failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your order. If an order through Olde Towne is cancelled, as a result, charges will be refunded and/or voided from the card.


      1. Prohibited Uses.(a) Olde Towne Cutlery Website may only be used for the sole purpose of purchasing Products for legal purposes (the “Purpose”). (b) You, the buyer, agree to not use the Olde Towne Cutlery Website or Products: (1) with intent to threaten, harass, intimidate, or embarrass another individual or group of individuals, (2) for any illegal purposes whatsoever, including, but not limited to libelous, obscenity, pornographic, or (3) in any manner that would be a direct violation of any state/federal laws, rules, or regulations. (c) You the customer, agree to comply with Olde Towne Cutlery and not copy, modify, in part or whole, (1) the Olde Towne Cutlery Website, contents or components (2) Olde Towne Cutlery Products, (3) Any copyrights, trademarks, patents, or images (collectively, 1-3) the “Olde Towne Property”).
      2. You must be at 18 years of age and older to order/purchase knife products and at 21 years of age to order/purchase any restricted products from Olde Towne Cutlery. Any items that may be Restricted are marked on the Website and certain items may be illegal to purchase under the age of 21 or in your particular area. You, the buyer, are responsible to check any and/or all applicable local, state and federal laws, concerning the possession, use, purchase, or ownership, of any products sold to you on the Olde Towne Cutlery Website.


    1. All name brand products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Olde Towne Cutlery will assist you in resolution of warranty claims. However, warranty claims must be addressed by the manufacturer and Olde Towne Cutlery cannot perform repairs on product without authorization. Please consult the manufacturers policy before attempting any disassembly or repair as these actions may void a warranty. Custom makers do not always have a specific warranty policy, but Olde Towne Cutlery will only represent reputable custom makers that are willing to address any legitimate warranty issue. Please note that no manufacturer or custom maker will warranty a knife that has clearly been damaged from improper use.
