Alabama Damascus blade blanks are made from 4 layers of 5160, 3 layers of 203E, 3 layers of 52100 and 3 layers of 15N20 that has been folded 5 times for a 416 layered damascus. The blades have been cut by a water jet, then precision ground by hand and heat treated to 58-60 Rockwell and etched. This skinner blank has a finger ring, 3″ blade with a 6.38″ OAL.
