Made with stainless steel the chef knife has an 8 1/16″ blade with a 14″ OAL. Made in the USA this is a must for any kitchen, with a sharp honing and satin finish. You will need 5/32″ or 1/8″ pins or 5/16″ rivets to attach the handle material.
