A new tradition started whereby we award “Custom Knifemaker of the Year”. Congratulations to Damon and Jill Lusky of ALFA-KNIFE for being our Custom Maker of the year.
We first met Damon at a show in 2017 and have been it’s been an honor ever since to represent your work! Damon earns this award because of his complete dedication to his craft. This involves much more than skill at the grinder. Damon relies on his dealer to execute the sales process and consistently promote his work; while he also promotes his dealer as the “go-to place” for the best selection of his knives. Damon regularly accepts new challenges from us to explore new creative things. From push daggers, to sgian dubh’s, Damon has entheusiasm for every batch and never disappoints the execution. We award Damon and Jill this award together, as it takes a team to make the operation work; and they are a valuable part of the Olde Towne Cutlery Family!
