Printable Sheath Forming Instructions
Choose proper un-oiled sheath.
Knife should fit VERY snug.
Wrap knife in Saran Wrap to avoid staining or corrosion.
Fill sink with warm water and immerse sheath until saturated.
Insert knife into sheath.
FIRMLY massage the leather around the contours of the knife handle; forming a shaped pocket.
Remove knife and set sheath in a warm dry place and air dry.
DO NOT HEAT IN OVEN!
A properly wet-formed sheath will contract slightly for a perfect fit.
Only periodic oiling of the sheath is necessary for years of service
