Something for Everyone

In the short time we have been open, we have helped customers of all types purchase knives and other cutlery for all different needs and occasions. Below are just a few of the many customers we’ve been honored to serve so far.

Collectors are the most common, and we regularly help collectors find that special knife they are looking for. Many have asked for something unique and custom, and we work with several master bladesmiths to create just the right piece for them. Often, collectors want to know how something is made, more about a particular knife they see on the site and additional details. These are always fun calls, because we get to engage with people who have the same passion for knives that we have. So far, we have shipped knives to every corner of the country: New Hampshire, California, Florida, Texas, Washington and even Hawaii! There are collectors in every part of the country, and our site is a great way for them to connect to new makers.

Collector Anthony K. in Englewood, Colorado is really enjoying his new Fiddleback with a custom sheath from RLO Custom Leather!

Gift buyers are another very important, large segment of the business. Just recently, I received a call from a young man who wanted to buy a gift for his father. He wasn’t sure exactly what to look for, and we were able to narrow down his choices by asking questions about how his father would use the knife. By the end of the conversation, we had narrowed down to three choices that would fit his needs perfectly.

Ken P. in Winchester, Tennessee picked up a couple of beautiful Boker Beer Barrel Congress pocket knives for some gifts.

Canadian buyers are taken care of, too. Oftentimes, the Canadian market is ignored by American retailers, and shipping across the border isn’t offered; nonetheless, we structured the website to accommodate Canadian orders. That’s how Terry B. in Ottowa, Canada was able to receive a great Hinderer!

Ladies need knives, too! Leslie S. of Easley, South Carolina bought four knives for the trail. She picked two T.M. Hunt knives, a Southern Grind Jackal and a White River Backpacker. This lady knows her knives and has GREAT taste!

Corporate buyers are out there, too. We were able to help a manager buy corporate gifts for his employees at a major electrical contractor in the Atlanta area. Michael F. in Austell, Georgia got a great deal on 200 Kershaw knives. We were able to get them right away so that he had time to have them all engraved for his employees. What a great guy to do this for his team!

Military is another very important category for us. While we have thoroughly enjoyed all of the orders we’ve sent to soldiers while they’re on leave back in the states, our favorite order was a Hogue Automatic we sent to a soldier at a U.S. airbase in Afghanistan. He was kind enough to even send pictures (but asked that we didn’t use his name). Thank you to our Service men and women!

We are thoroughly enjoying serving every kind of customer, and we would like to thank everyone for your support as we have launched this business. Thank YOU!!!
